Sean was our tech, and he was courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and we found him very trustworthy. He was able to give us a very competitive price on an entire Carrier system, that was very close in price to what another company had quoted us for only the exterior unit replacement. The installation was not cheap, but I guess none of this stuff is going to be cheap. However, we felt like we were getting as good of a price as we could hope for. Communications were rapid and clear with Sean, and he was clean, organized and thoughtful. He even entered the warranty information for our system with the manufacturer. We were very happy with Comfortech, and feel that we have found our go-to company for HVAC
